International Orders: All international orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services only.
Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically shipped within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment, or as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping and delivery timelines are subject to the norms and policies of the courier companies and postal authorities.
Responsibility and Liability
Dviti Jewels shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated timeline (0–7 business days) or as per the delivery commitment made at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made exclusively to the shipping address provided by the buyer during the purchase process.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate.
