This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to the cancellation of orders and the processing of refunds for purchases made through Dviti Jewels’ website.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled by the buyer only before they have been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our helpdesk immediately at:

  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Upon successful cancellation of the order prior to dispatch, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

Refund for Failed Transactions

  • In cases where a transaction fails but payment is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway policies.

Right to Refuse Cancellation

  • Dviti Jewels reserves the right to refuse order cancellation requests if the product has already been dispatched or is in the final stage of preparation.
